Das Haus liegt am Rande der Stadt Gummersbach und mitten im Oberbergischen. Es gibt einen Gästeparkplatz unmittelbar am Haus und freies Wlan. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca.50m entfernt, womit man schnell in Gummersbach, oder Dieringhausen den Zug Richtung Lüdenscheid und Richtung Köln erreichen kann. Die Wohnungen umfasst ca.30qm, wurde 2017 komplett Kernsaniert und umfassen nun eine neue voll ausgestatette Küche und Badezimmer.
